Made a decision, It's on the Way
I made my first post yesterday and after feverishly (is that a word) working the emails with KansaiVet he has helped me secure my first Rolex at a 10% discount from an AD in town.
I have to give him a BIG thank you for all the help. I really apprieciate it and he also advised me to go with the one that sang to me the most. So in 3 weeks. Which I wish meant today I will be picking up my new TT Submariner Blue Bezel with the slate serti dial. I know form reading the posts that JJ likes the other one. This way I figure it always leaves room for a second purchase. I'll post pictures when I recieve. At least I have 3 weeks to figure out how to do that! |

It may not be possible, but I am almost as excited for the watch to arrive as Baker3s!
Can't wait to see the pics! When I called the AD they had the champagne dial in stock, but they did not have the slate dial. Bummer. Well, the good thing about them having to order it from New York is that you know the watch has not been sitting around in a display case forever and on and off other's wrists time and time again. He is getting a brand new TT Blue Bezel Slate Serti Dial Submariner! Great choice! I think that's a rare watch amongst the membership here. Never heard anybody talk about owning one! Its a beauty! Here's to you Man! Cheers! |

By the way I saw one on my neighbor's wrist about a month ago. That thing is gorgeous with the diamonds and saphires! He said his wife gave it to him for an anniversary present. Lucky bugger.

I've tried one on and I like it quite a bit. The only down side is that it doesn't really glow at night like the other sport models. Not to mention spending almost $10k on a watch is a little too much for me at this time. But it's a beauty and I would definitly get it if money wasn't an issue.
