Icon14 Good place for used Rolex's in Toronto?

First post! Looking for my first Rolex, and need some help from the membership here. I will be in TO next week and would like to find some reliable individuals or stores with new or used watches. Any help would be appreciated!

New is easy... look for an AD (Humbertown, Royal De Versailles). Discounts are tricky as they tend not to go much past 20-22% on new SS models.

As for used, I have not found a Toronto storefront with good value on used watches.

I would go with a TRF Trusted Seller first.

Welcome Demon, good to see a new member from YYZ or as some say the town with the same name as The Lone Ranger's sidekick.

There are a few members here on TRF that are also Canadian like kayaker21.
Some other members bought from the WTB/WTS section with amazing success.

I personally use Damiani for my new purchases.

If you want new go and see Claudio from Damiani, also Paul at Taylors in Collingwood. Some other Torontonians have purchased from Humbertown Jewellers in Etobicoke.

Stay away from Van Riijk's, they strictly sell previously owned watches but demand a premium. I know of another seller in downtown, here's the link.

Hey Demon,
As a fellow Canadian, judging by the USD exchange rate with the CDN, I'd totally go for getting a watch from the US!!!
I now live in Barcelona, Spain, though all my bank accounts are still Canadian and I bought a watch last week from David SW.
The only hitch is that you need to know which watch you want.
I believe he also deals in second hand watches.

Mind you, if you buy in Canada, you'll be keeping the money in the country. Oh, the dilemma!
