Value of a vintage Omega Seamaster Deville?

Hi guys, I am picking up a 1968 Omega Seamaster Deville with 18kt gold casing and a brown croc leather band. This watch is in mint condition, and i would like to see if i got a decent deal. How much does a watch like this go for? Thanks!

Picture is not my actual watch but is exactly what mine looks like.

Some of the value depends on the condition of the watch. I'm sorry I can't help you with the actual value. But you might want to post a couple of pics of the actual watch.

Congrats, nice looking watch by the way.

I've done alot of seamaster like that.. they should go for 900 - 1000 if it's 18k case.

Maybe I'm on the cheap or expensive side, but that's typically what I can get for them

Hope this helps!

Nice clean example you found.

Depending on the caliber movement inside, I'd say current market is $750to $1100. The newer Semaster Devilles seem to be 18K with the older early 60's varients mostly 14K.

Whats the caseback? Blank for engraving? engraved caseback or a hippocampus? Hippocampus is more collectable.

The watch has a hippocampus on the caseback. What is the value difference between an engraved caseback or the hippocampus?
