Just Got Back From Rolex Boutique In Orlando

They got 5 new Expl 2's in today. 4 are sold. As of 20 minutes ago they had 1 Black dial left.If you are looking for one.I Talked to a nice guy Tim there. I was able to see the watch. It is awesome. I like the new Satin black dial. Looks awesome with the Orange 2nd hand. Love the new bigger size 42 MM. I just can't add another 8K watch to the collection as if right now or I would be all over it.

Disney is exit 65 off I-4 and the boutique is in the mall at Mellenia which is exit 78... Probably 7-10 miles away, about 15 minute drive.

Seems like Orlando gets a lot!? Maybe because of all the Europeans that visit there?

Jareds is getting out of the Rolex business. They did have a sell off of the models that don't move that well. The sport watches, subs gmts exp, are priced at retail. From what I've heard the target date for closing out the Rolex business is April 2012. Orlando used to have Park Promenade, Jareds and Mayors selling NIB Rolex. Now it's the Rolex boutique (run by Mayors) at the Millenia Mall and the regular Mayors store at the Florida Mall....both in Orlando. Mayors also has a store in Altamonte just north of the city of Orlando.

I stopped by there today to while I was in the area. They had practically nothing left. The lady working there told be there was hardly any discounts on the SS sports models.

Understood....I was poking fun at all the hysteria about busting a nut to get to a Jareds.

I posted that their sale must be akin to a high end dept selling off spendy clothes...lots of purple plaid XXL stuff, bit not much desirable merch.

Seems like Orlando has received quite a few new Explorers.
