Helbros identification....?
Hello,

I picked this old beater over the weekend. I thought it would be a fun and inexpensive learner watch project for me-- I have a few questions:

Details: 37mm, Helbros "invincible" mechanical watch. The case back says "France", and "all steel".

Questions:
Year...?
How do I go about buffing out the plastic like crystal...?
How about the stainless steel, looks like it could shine a bit more...
