GMT Polished Center Links

I know the new Stainless GMTii Ceramic has PCL. I'm browsing some used ones and it looks like pre-Ceramic are not polished? Is that right?

Wow. That changes things. Now that I'm getting the Hulk, i was thinking of aiming for a used GMT, but I like the PCL. So I guess I'll be saving a little longer!

Thanks for the info.

Go with what you will wear - wrist time trumps all. GMT IIC is gorgeous but subs have a different versatility. Try em on and make sure it's yours!

If you really want PCLs you can always have a good watch smith polish them for you. I did that on a older datejust bracelet and I love the look.

X2 you could polish the center links up on an older GMT for sure, an afternoon with a Cape Cod and you are good to go

Here's a thread about some guys that went the "other way" and brushed out the PCL's, so each there own....

Yep. Of course, some say this is blasphemes, but I say wear it how you want it. You want a little extra bling on an older model, why not? You still won't have anything on the H1 driving douche who dropped 4 diamond-crusted Breitlings at my watchmakers yesterday for polishes...

You can always have the center links brushed... there are many threads on this topic, also its easy to reverse back to pcl...
