Dalton Toledo and the service on my 16753 GMT

Hey everybody,

I just received my 16753 GMT Master back from its major overhaul by Dalton. I have got to say, Dalton made the whole experience painless. As some of you recall, my GMT had some major issues with being watertight. I had the local Rolex AD's watchmaker do a gasket service, and everything he tried, it still would not pass a pressure test. The case, caseback, and bezel retaining ring were badly pitted, and the movement actually stopped. Once I contacted Dalton about the issues, he was ready to take on the job. I sent my watch to him, and he had an estimate for the whole repair. Although I had numerous questions and sent numerous emails, Dalton was always very professional and answered all of my questions. The service was done quickly, and was under budget. After the service, my GMT actually passed the pressure test. I am completely satisfied with the service Dalton provided, and would definitely recommend his services to others.

Now, I just have to get the wife talked into letting me send Dalton my Great Uncle's Omega for a service.

a great guy to deal with along with rest of the staff. I had my explorer ii polished by them a couple of years ago and looked as new as day one.
