Vintage Rolex Help: Precision hand-wind 13823

Hey everyone, this watch was given to me by my mother a few years ago. She told me she purchased it when she first came to NY. Its a hand wound Rolex Precision Ref: 13823. Has anyone seen this watch before? Just looking for a little more info on it..Thanks!

It's in the 50's style.. there may be information about it inside the caseback such as a date stamp and hallmarks.. that, and the movement can then also be examined..

the photo is not high quality and shows some inconsistencies and so I would want to see inside and examine the dial and movement much more carefully before even stating that it is authentic..

I'd pop the photos in over on the vintage section.

Once you get the caseback off, should be a stamp inside with the model number and the quarter/year it was made.
