What an AD needs to guarantee when the watch is shipped

Hi guys
I'm probably getting a DJ shipped from out of state by an AD

What is the norm in terms of sales conditions ?
Can one return the watch if not compliant with description or somehow dis satisfactory ?

How do watches ship (in an anonymous packaging I assume)?

Thanks for your help!

There is no norm. You should work out the return policy with the AD before purchasing. However they choose to ship it to you they should be fully responsible for it's successful arrival.
