Bezel broken on Sub (non-ceramic)

Hi everyone,

The bezel of my Rolex Submariner (16610) broke (metal part and the black insert) and I don't have the pieces.

What's the best way for me to get this repaired? It's from 2010, so I don't really need to get it regulated/ serviced by a RSC. However, I obviously want authentic Rolex parts put on by an expert.

Is there someone of the forum that I should PM/ Email? Should I just call a Rolex store close to me? I purchased the watch through a forum member 2 years back, so I don't have a "local dealer" that I know.

Thanks!

I would send it to the rsc and get it handled my rolex. It will be pricy because you seem to need all of the pieces, but at least you will know it was done right.

There is a Service Center in Lititz, Pa.

It's far cheaper to have Rolex replace the bezel, even if it includes a service, than it is to source the parts at the sky high prices people ask for used stuff..

I won't even ask how you managed to "break" the bezel on a fairly new Sub..

By "break" do you mean "bend"? It is aluminum, so I can't imagine how it could break...? Goodluck getting it fixed

Thanks for not asking. It was not a proud moment.

By broken, I mean completely broken off and I don't have the pieces. I'll call the RSC. Maybe I can drop off the watch one day.

BTW, do you know anymore info on the RSC is PA? I looked on the site, and there are only 3 (NYC, LA, Texas).

Rolex only lists the Service Centers that they own outright.. There are several others that are not owned by Rolex, but are Authorized Rolex Service Centers.

The one in Lititz is co-located with their Premier Watchmaker School.

He doesn't have the broken pieces so any pics wouldn't show anything of interest.
