Identification on old lady

Hi guys,

While my daily search on several website, I came across this old Rolex.
I'm not interested in buying but in order to increase my overall knowledge
Did someone has any clue?

30'S or 40's womens rolex. no specific ref or model # probably. one of the many different cocktail style watches of the era. not too expensive and you'll see many variations bearing that same movement.

Bob Ridley has two of mine right now with movements that look like that, although mine might be a bit larger.
