Hi everyone,
A friend of mine was about to buy a Tag with MOD and diamonds on the face not sure what model but was around £1200 new I told her to hold on and explained she may be able to get a pre owned Rolex for not too much more, she has now visited her local AD and has her heart set on a TT with Mother of Pearl dial set with diamonds she can push her budget to around £2100 is this a possibility of do I now have to tell her to go back and buy the TAG and help much appreciated,

I did try to post this in the want to buy but don't have privileges for that so am asking here.

Golly, for £2,100 you'd be lucky to get something beat up in Stainless Steel, let alone a MoP face and Diamonds.

Also, it goes without saying that it is wise to be very very wary of anyone offering her any watch like the one she has fallen for at that price bracket.

Not too long ago i skipped on a chance to own a lady datejust with MOP but no diamond markers but TT for rougly 3.5k Maybe that will be a ballpark estimate for you. FYI it wasnt new but was relatively used maybe 10-20 times only seeing the condition
