This is the best looking watch I've seen in a long time. And it's "only" 41.5mm! Does anyone have one yet?

The stainless (or gold) on black leather strap gets my vote. Here's a review on Hodinke

I saw pics through Hodinkee recently. I think it looks amazing. The white dial version looks great as well. Definitely one I'd like to pick up at some point.

It should have the "Broad Arrow" hand on the hour not in the chronograph.

I'm glad they did something different - I'm a big fan of Alpha hands, they have a certain elegance. Don't think these have hit the market, but you can guarantee that this will be the most wearable cal. 9300 based model

The cal. 9300 De Ville is 42mm, but this is the first cal. 9300 Speedmaster under 44m

Just saw the watch at the boutique.
Its a let down for those with smaller wrists.
The vertical lug to lug length is longer than the Darkside.
Thickness seems very very similar.

The Darkside is pretty awesome. Depending on the surface, the monobloc case is both brushed and shiny. I wished the cloth strap was thicker though.

Limited volume of the Darkside will be available for those who prepaid at the boutique in Oct. ADs getting them in Jan

I disagree it's a let down, & what to do mean by 'smaller wrists'? I have 6.5 inch wrist & I thought it looked great on me. Your right with the thickness I could not notice much in it at all & again I agree with the strap on the Darkside it is the biggest let down about the watch, they should have went with the same kind as IWC's Topgun has but I do like the fact that it has a fat tang buckle rather than the TG's thinner one.

I read the steel ones start around $8500. However, if the PO 8500 is any indication, there is a gulf between MSRP and actual selling price.

Let down in the sense that its tag as a 42mm watch.. but the vertical measurement/ lugs are longer than the po9300. The bracelet/strap forms a V shape on my round 6.5" wrist. This just clownish to me. Some can pull off this 'look', but I cant.

Have to say I never knew that & I get where you are coming from with the look on the strap on your wrist, has me thinking now did it look that way on me too

It really is not small. It's basically a 44 without curved lugs and crown guard. Will wear much larger than the Pro.
