FS: Meccaniche Veloci Automatic Chronograph

FS: Meccaniche Veloci Automatic Chronograph - $650 Shipped

Here’s an as-new Meccaniche Veloci Swiss Valjoux 7750-based automatic chronograph (Model # W503B-065) in a super easy TZ 97% condition. Watch was purchased new by me about two months ago and worn carefully just three times. This is a very unique and well made watch at a bargain price. Italian-made with a Swiss heart at the absolutely best price around.

The all stainless steel black PVD coated case measures 43.3mm without the crown, 47.3mm crown included. Thickness is 16.2mm, lug width is 22mm. This watch wears extremely comfortably and does not wear large. Caseback is secured by seven small screws. Fixed stylized PVD bezel.

Olive/matte green dial with applied luminous markers and arabics. Silver hands with inset lume. Lume quality is good.

Even though this is a Valjoux 7750 movement, there is no running seconds hand. The chronograph measures in one-second increments up to 12 hours. Subdial at 12 is the 30-minute chrono totalizer, subdial at 6 is the 12-hour chrono totalizer. The chronograph seconds hand is red. The bottom subdial is inset into the dial with a nifty 3-D effect.

Sapphire crystal is slightly domed with anti-reflective coating. Quickset date at 6. There is no water resistance rating listed on this watch, so I would not get it wet!

Swiss-made Valjoux 7750 automatic chronograph movement hacks and manually winds. Watch keeps good time, with a full power reserve as to be expected by this workhorse movement. Movement winds and sets fine, all chronograph functions start, run, stop and reset properly.

Italian-made nicely padded Cordura nylon cloth strap with green Lorica leather lining. Strap is a camo design, but is mostly brown in appearance, actually quite nice. Strap measures 22mm at the lugs and tapers to 20mm at the black PVD buckle. Two keepers, one fixed, one floating.

Watch is sold as is/no warranty. Includes very large and heavy inner and outer presentation box and hang tag.

Selling for $650 shipped paid by Paypal or USPS money order. CONUS only.

No trades. No international sales or Canadian sales. Serious inquiries only, no time wasters, please! Lowball offers will not be acknowledged.
