Bit by the Speedy bug...!
I have been back and forth on my next purchase for a long time now...I've been contemplating either a 16570 or Speedmaster Pro.
Considering a PN Daytona is my grail -- the Speedy with a panda dial mod down the road makes it an easy choice (either a Mitsukoshi or SE release - assuming it would even be possible to still find one of these dials). I actually never tried a Speedy on until today (most likely I was subconsciously avoiding it assuming the consequences). I headed down to an AD during lunch today and found it even better looking in person... ...what to do...what to do.... |

Bad timing Eric, Kringlily helped me sell my Mitsukoshi (Mod) speedy a few months ago.
I got rid of my daytonas. I had a ss polar which I traded in for a wg Panda which I traded for a DD. My preference has evolved somewhat.. if I were to start over again, I would just get a speedmaster. My chrono grail is an exotic dial vintage daytona. |

What to do? Simple - get a Speedy! Drop Kringkily a PM, he's the man when it comes to Speedmasters and he's right here in NYC.
