The Best US RSC: NY, BH, or Dallas?

I've heard good things about all three, but I have probably heard the best about Dallas. I will say, however, that the times I have called the Manhattan RSC, they were a bit snooty, whereas the Dallas reps seemed more pleasant and willing to help. Never had any experience with the Beverly Hills location.

Also, is it best to establish a history with one RSC and stick with them for subsequent services, or does this type of "relationship" not matter much?

I have watches done by all three. If I had to pick one Beverly Hills would get my vote followed closely by Dallas.
Again that's just my experience, others I'm sure will have a different take.

Haven't dealt with Dallas but I'm partial to BH because after NY declined to service my 1972 Red Sub, BH agreed to and did a wonderful job. I'm grateful to them. And they turned it around in under four weeks.

That was also my experience, yet Dallas took it in.

The independant RSC in San Francisco would love to service and (and respect your request to keep the dial and hands original).

Best of luck whatever RSC you choose!

I go with Dallas! But then again, I'm biased since I live here. =-)

Can't go wrong following Mike's advice! Though next time I'm going to try the Chicago independent.

I had only one service, and had it done last summer at the BH RSC. I thought they did a good job (in about 4 weeks' time). The watch looked brand-new. I called Dallas just for fun, and they said they would give me a Tudor "loaner" to wear while my Rolex was in the shop. In the end I decided to go with BH because I could personally drop it off and pick it up (too reluctant to mail it anywhere). I really missed the watch while it was gone, though, and a loaner would have been nice.

I've used Dallas once and NYC once in the past. My next service will be at Dallas.

I've been to the Dallas RSC for a regulation and I like them. Then again, I can drive there.

Vote for the SF Rolex Service Center for the best.
