petepeh on eBay is NOT good BEWARE

petepeh on eBay bid before asking questions then refused to pay the international shipping for the item he won. He repeatedly asked me to violate eBay policy and declare the item as something it was not. He was extremely difficult and I highly recommend staying FAR away from him.

The most frustrating part is that you can't even leave negative feedback for buyers anymore. Ebay policies have totally "thrown sellers under the bus" and as a result, I would never sell anything of value there.

If they leave you a negative feedback and mention "customs" you can have the feedback removed. It is against Ebay's policy to mention "customs", tariff's, VAT, etc. in a feedback... just in case it gets to that.

As an FYI any seller that misrepresents an item for shipping purposes (specifically value declarations) is at risk for fraud by purchasers who may seek refunds for items. A loophole
I found in the process of fighting w ebay.

You have the option to call ebay. Tell them about trying to avoid the policy and terms of agreement. They do not tolerate that.

There's an eBay option to 'Report a buyer' in your listing options
