Platona and I, driving from Florida to New Jersey!

My family keeps a car in Florida to make it easier to fly back and forth. I do not have residency there yet, so I have to drive back to NJ to have it inspected. Saturday, my Platona and I will make the journey alone. It will be my music, books on tape, and glazed eyes upon my new watch. I miss the scent of Georgia, the fireworks signs, and the "crazy" South Of The Border signs. My late Dad's 2011 Mercedes 550 has under 3000 miles on it, so it should be a great ride.

Sounds good. Safe travels.

You may have to overcompensate on your non-Platona hand b/c of the weight.

Get a thin book, it's only a 17,5 Hour trip.

Have a safe drive - it goes without saying but...
Tire pressure, coolant level, oil level, tranny fluid, windshield washer fluid - you know the drill.

Rain forecasted for your Saturday dash up the East Coast to NJ in I-95 corridor all day once you get into Georgia and through the remaining States.
