This for real? $6000 2013 GMT II Batman

http://fayetteville.craigslist.org/jwl/4811355405.html

Cyclops looks off center. Appraisal is from a Jewelry Store on two Ann Street Wilmington I could not get the name on the appraisal but Google Maps indicate there is a place called "Filthy Rich Celebrity Jewelry" at that address. Seems like an odd place to get an appraisal

Reproduction == fake and are two ways of saying counterfeit.

Be very very careful. Buy the seller.

Not offering an opinion of the watch, sorry. I think of it this way: All watches on Craigslist are fake until PROVEN otherwise.

The seller is an individual who got the appraisal. Its a good price. I guess one would have to go with the seller to an AD and pay for a NEW appraisal.

The place that did the appraisal is counterfeit Jewelry store..

Also Watch shows an S serial number which does not make sense as there was no rehut engraving on 1993 S models/

The LEC can be seen from the ISS... So at least the crystal is counterfeit. It also seems like the hand stack is wrong so the movement is wrong too. Oh, did I mention that the bracelet looks counterfeit...?

I think a good way to tell if its genuine without opening it is to play with the crown, this GMT master has the jumping hours to advance the day/time quicker that a fake watch probably does not have and the way you set the GMT hand is probably not replicated in fakes.

2 Ann St. Wilmington NC is Elijah's Restaurant...not a jeweler. Filthy Rich Celebrity Jewelry is at 225 S. Water St. Wilmington, NC. The whole craigslist ad is a scam.

Its an retail park called Chancellors Wharf. It has multiple shops and restaurants. Filthy Rich Jeweler is in there around the corner on S Water. Same address. I discovered that using Google Maps and getting the street View Filthy Rich Celebrity Jewelry is on the bottom right of the shops sign. at 2 Ann St. Intersects with S Water

They are not Rolex AD so how they can appraise one is beyond me

Chandler's Wharf is on S. Water St. not on Ann St. I have lived here (Wilmington) since 1972. Google Maps and Mapquest are chronically wrong. And, BTW, I wouldn't touch anything from a store whose only claim to fame is selling knockoff jewelry.

Ann Street Intersects with S Water. The Jeweler is in there.

I agree The place can't possibly appraise a watch.
