FNG: "Hello, everyone!"
What a great discussion forum. when I was researching for my Submariner. I've been lurking around the forum the last few days, learning new things, before posting for the first time here. Thus far, I'm very impressed by the vast knowledge and friendly people here. Anyway, just a friendly "Hello!" from Southern Cal.
Here's my Submariner TT: |

good2go, you'll enjoy this forum. You'll probably end up on it at work if your employer lets you have access to the net. Enjoy as much as I have for the short period I've been here. The guy in charge here definately has got it together from "down under."

Welcome to TRF!
Very nice Serti Sub! I've always considered the Serti to be JUST on the verge of still tasteful bling. But on the RIGTH side of the border, that is! Enjoy the forums!

Thanks for the warm welcomes everyone. I was recommended this forum from my car forum, lotustalk.com. I love my TT Sub since it's not that common - had it for almost a year now. Since it's not that flashy, I do wear it at work. I didn't want the blue dial, too much blue! The silver serti dial with the blue sapphires are just perfect! I wish I knew about this cool forum when I was researching for my TT Sub.
My buddy has a Daytona with white dial, I wouldn't mind having that or the explorer II when I drive! Still puzzled by the terminology here: What's coke and pepsi? bluesy (blue dial?)? Epy? I'm getting the munchy here! Sorry I haven't registered to the TRF to English crash course yet! Most of the time, the Omega Seamaster Professional Chrono is for my everyday watch for its practicality. I have a bunch of other watches but not come even close to Rolex! Again, thanks for welcoming me and I'll lurk and talk now! |
