I like wildly improv covers of Autumn Leaves like say by Stanley Jordan live. I also generally like any standard with walking bass on guitar.

Gavin Harrison just released an album of jazz songs based on original Porcupine Tree music.

If you are at all into jazz, this is worth a listen. Harrison is my favorite musician right now.
