my opinion is that, unless one is military or former military, a regular nato is better.

Hmm, that's curious. I thought nato in itself is already military in origin and nature, so why does it matter whether it's Camo or not?

i suppose for me it's the camo pattern that takes it to another level. like seeing teenagers wearing camo pants or shirts purely for style. just a pet peeve of mine.

other than that, love your explorer.

I hear you man, camo pants is just too much...even my son wouldn't be caught dead in them.

Problem is I think the Camo look just works on these tool watches.

Well IMHO all Rolex watches look best on there original bracelets and that Nato sorry but not for me.

Haha, guess what...my son just got back from school and he says "Nay" big time! His comment is " leave the Ranger on nato and put the Explorer back on bracelet and be done with it!"

Well who am I to argue with that. So the Explorer is back on bracelet.
