tudor bezel
I have a quick question about the tudor bezel. Did the older rolex submariners use the same bezel and same bezel insert as the tudor 7928 subs?

That is a good question. To be honest, I have no idea. After looking at some Tudor "Rose Logo" Subs just now, the bezel and insert seem to look very similar to that of a Rolex Submariner ref. 1680. Its hard to tell a difference between the bezels from just looking at pictures. I believe they used they same Oyster case for those models, so there is a good chance they also used the same bezel mechanism as well. I'm only talking about vintage Rolex and Tudor Subs.
The Tudors with the rose logo, like the one pictured, are EXTREMELY collectible today. I have seen these Tudors (dating back to the 1960s) sell for over $20,000 USD before.

I am pretty sure the bezel inserts were the same.

Thank you for response. I have looked at many pics of the tudor subs and the rolex subs (1960's) and I can't tell the difference. Thanks again
