Sea Dweller 666 Change of dials

Does anybody know ???

- when (serial) was the change from MK I to MK II dial ?
- when (serial) was the change from matte dial to gilt dial with small indices ?
- when (serial) was the change from MK I caseback to MK II caseback ?
