Tightening crown to stem?

I have a Rolex Explorer II 16570 K serial (which makes it about 14 years old). I know its due for a service, but quick question...

The crown unscrews off if I wind it counter clockwise. Can this just be tightened by a watchmaker? I know servicing is recommended, but I purchased this watch on TRF not too long ago, and I would prefer to sell it before paying for a full service. Clearly, I can't sell a watch with a problem though before fixing. Also, the seller was reputable and had it pressure tested prior to the sale.

Since you're in Orlando, try Rikki from here on TRF since he close by. I've heard many great things about him!

they all unscrew from the stem..

Usually a little loc-tite keeps that from happening until you want it to.

Easy fix. All that's needed is a Rolex caseback tool, tweezer, pin vise and Loctite.
