To be honset, I am just learining this game of spotting fakes, but I only found a few other Rolexes he had sold. One was a gold Yachtmaster for 7 grand!!! The other two were fairly cheap as well....seems odd doesn't it?

If this GMT is Genuine, the box is incorrect. Based on the serial number, it was probably sold in 2001 or 2002, which should be the box with the cuff inside, or possibly the tan pillow box. Without any extras, to include a correct box, manuals, tags etc, I feel it is priced a little high. It's not hard to find late 1990's GMT's for $3500 or less- without the extras as I just mentioned.

The band on the watch here appears counterfeit, based on what I see of the Rolex crown on the band clasp. It is too round in the crown opening.

Stay clear of this one, too much appears suspect to me.
