Rolex Website Showing Two Explorers Now

Was just checking the Rolex website, and they are now showing two Explorers! Too bad one isn't a 36.

The content is a little buggy when clicking on the older version of the 39. We'll see how long this lasts. Interesting...

They seem to be updating thier web site. I only see the new Basel 16 Exp I in both the 'New Watch' section and the normal watch section. Too bad they are not yet available in the US. Maybe this is a sign they are no long producing the older dial and all new Exp I shipments are the new version.

Try scrolling down to the bottom of a page, and clicking on "Explorer". A page will then display both the old and new versions. Up until now, the website was showing the new version only. Maybe they are having a hard time moving out the old version? We'll see how long it stays this way.

I see that now, but the legacy Exp link is not populating the page for me, only the new version. Maybe that code is being removed.

Both models are sold for the same price. I was expecting rolex to drop the price on dropped model

It is still the same reference. Well played by Rolex!
