That is an amazing write up with a great detailed research on the strap sizes and all, a true treasure to those planning to purchase this beautiful watch (that I've considered myself too) second hand. Really great job. I've never heard of your page before but now I will read more of your articles!

I was struck by the following observation:

One thing we did notice while reviewing this watch, is that the bezel rotates so freely —in both directions— that is almost impossible to not accidentally move it when keeping track of an elapsed time or simply when wanting to keep the bezel lined up at 12 o 'clock.

To my way of thinking, that is a major functional defect.

I wonder whether it is typical of current production YMs, or limited to your example? In either case, dubious QC.
