FS: Rolex (5508) Submariner

According to the serial number (762734) this 5508 dates from the early 1950's. Beautiful guilt dial with gold and silver text. Two marks on the dial, one between 4 and 5 that is visible to the naked eye. Also two spots between 8 and 9 that much less visible to the naked eye. Unfortunately my pictures do not clearly show these marks. Other than these little marks the dial is in amazing condition for the age of this Rolex. Lume looks to be original with matching hands. The bezel is custom made and not Rolex. The bezel insert installed on the watch is a Rolex bezel modified to fit the custom made bezel. They were installed during a service performed in 2000. Original bezel insert included and pictured. The non flip-lock bracelet looks to be from the 1960's. I have tried to represent this vintage Rolex 5508 as accurately as possible but I'm not a vintage Rolex expert. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks to TRF I've been corrected the serial number dates this 5508 to the early 1960's. Hard to price accurately as there are no equivalents.
