Submariner (3135) crown question

When pulling of a crown to the position of hands moving, SOMETIMES happens that the hands don't stop, but it is enough just to touch the crown very slightly when it is in this position, and everything is ok (the hands stop). See video. Is it normal?

ummm

It is not normal. Can not continue moving after removing the crown. go to AD
