IN LOVE! Coffee fans, love this place!!!!!

A good friend (chef and restauranteur) stops by this small place daily. They roast their coffee on site and use scales to ensure coffee has the exact amount of coffee and water; ratio is based on kind of beans....delicious! In love!!!!!

The name: Azucar Morena (in english: Brown Sugar)

I had my first ever Mexican beans a couple of days ago. At a Tokyo roaster. A low altitude plantation... delicate flavours perfect for filter.

We use the Chemex coffee maker shown on the far right. I highly recommend it. Nice as always, Gerardo.

Looks like the real deal. The Hario pot with the white, ceramic V60 on top is my daily routine at home. Hard to beat for drip coffee IMO.
