problem uploading photo's

Maybe you guys can tell me what I need to do.... sometimes uploading pics they end up oriented 90deg to the left for no rhyme or reason is there anyway to rotate the pic's once uploaded? Or is there something I need to do before uploading I pm'ed one of the mod's a while ago with this question and never got a response.

It seems to mostly occur with the iPhone, mine does this also. Edit your pic just a degree or two turn in the photo edit portion of your phone before you attach it and that should do it. I don't believe anyone has ever figured out why this happens.

1) I edit photo rotate to wrong position.
save.

2) then edit again rotate to original/correct position.
save again.

upload will now be correct.

ps
I never tried tims idea of just turning a degree or two while in edit. this would save a step and sounds like the fix.

Or just crop it a very small amount. Or edit it in any way at all. That will make it post straight.
