16200 dial question

I found this dial for a 16200 Datejust, but I'm a little suspicious because the 4th Roman numeral is IV instead of IIII. Did Rolex ever produce a 16200 dial with IV?? Or is this a fake? Thanks in advance.

I cannot seem to find another Rolex dial that has IV instead of IIII. I'm thinking this is either a really rare find, or a complete fake.

I'd let it go and find one you have more confidence in. What is the source for it? Can they be trusted for knowing about its origins?

Interesting...that's good news. I found this one on eBay. The IV was the only confusing part about the dial, it looked 100% accurate otherwise. Glad to hear you've have experience with a IV dial.
