Rolex DSSD 2008 box set uk

Looking at a Rolex DSSD 2008 (M) series. What is the full set in the box (uk) booklets etc can't remember what was in the first edition box

Nothing much special just the same as the others as far as i know.
Only the boxes were potentially different.

Hopefully someone has the 2008-2009 M or V series in uk who can check their box or post a photo???

Photo of the box etc for my 2010 V, I very much doubt there would have been a difference in the year or so before.

In summary:
Inner and Outer boxes
Guarantee card and wallet
Service Centre booklet
Deepsea booklet in white card sleeve
Red and green hangtags

Plus a clear bezel protector (seem to have lost mine).

................and a nice big watch!
