The bezel doesn’t work for me maybe a Matt black like the pelagos but engraved like Rolex not painted on . Other than that it’s got the lot

Great watch. I think it comes down to personal preference when the Black Bay is the watch of choice. I personally prefer the burgundy or black.

Cool thing about the new 2017 models is the date function, personally I like the S&G on strap (don't like it on bracelet).

Steel is cool but don't think it's the king, the black ETA version seems to be very popular, but like 1William said , it comes down to personal preference if you like it then it's your king , enjoy it.

I agree, Megan, the ETA BBN sits the throne... from this day until its last day.

The SS is very nice as well, I like the whole series, BB and GOT.

Congrats, that's a beautiful watch. I don't think there's a wrong choice in the Black Bay series, it's one of those watches that you could have multiple variations of for a collection.

OP: I really like the steel bezel...but king? That would be akin to trying to take the iron throne.

This is my favorite 2017 release by Tudor. Like it better on the leather or fabric strap. The bracelet is to much, well, steel, for me.

One of these 2 is the King of the BB though.

I don't think the Black Bays are ruled by an absolute monarch, I think they form an oligarchy. They're all awesome for their own unique reasons.

Your Steel rocks, congrats!

The Black Rose is definitely king. The man of steel is definitely a prince.
