Lots have used with great results. Search for threads to see before and after on his work. Cheers, Tim

He's mainly a bracelet person although he does full servicing. I'd use local talent for full servicing because if there are any issues frequent mail between him and the US is pricy and lengthy.

Bunch of people here have used him before, including myself, and have been more than happy with the results.

Great work but sometimes slow communications (due to how busy he gets)

Cannot go wrong at any level with Michael Young... from someone who knows .

Send him the bracelet or band, then send watch head to Vanessa for service .. she is in California

Did anyone get slammed with custom's fees on return of their bracelet? I'm thinking of sending him my oyster bracelet to get fixed, but I'd like to know a ball park figure of how much it will costs outside of just the service fee.

I had the same experience. He made two attempts to fit the caseback gasket on my vintage AK, but it popped out at the side both times. I had to get another local watchmaker to fix it. This was around 2014, though, so things may have improved.

Did great work on my moderately stretched 16610LV. My bracelet seems NOS now! I received this back this week and highly recommend.
