I would like to know why my thread is locked or closed?
The issue with the member of TRF isn't resolved yet and i am providing updates to people.

Your last post got it closed, mentioning a few members offering help if things got 'ugly'. This deal was not made through a TRF sale, and even if it was, any suggestion here of taking the law into your own hands makes TRF potentially liable for any action that these other members might take. Your issue is with somone you sent money to in America, who happens to be a not-very-active member here. It's between you and him.

The rules clearly state: "Don't bother bringing in disputes that start elsewhere into TRF. Mods will just delete those threads and issue points."
