I would like to share my first pp that's the 5396G-011 white gold annual calendar with tiffany dial. I want to find a pp dress watch as most of my watches are sports model in black dials. While the calatrava is a bit too plain for me, pp chrono or perpetual calendar are over my budget.

This model tick all the boxes for me:
Classic dress watch look,
With some complication on the dial,
Tiffany stamp for its rarity,
The tiffany stamp match the white dial exceptionally.

This is a full set with all the paper works, which is important for a Tiffany dial.

This watch looks so classic, reminded me the old 3448 patek perpetual calendar. Surely that's a real gem as the white gold 3448 can cost over $600k now:

Other models are readily available at the Tiffany boutiques, having been to the New York location. It's just the Nautilus and Aquanauts which have crazy lists.

You pay a premium for the T stamp as they don't do any form of discounting.

You mean you pay full MSRP not extra. But from what I have seen at least in Canada you will have a difficulty getting any type of discount anyhow. Maybe tax in at best. So it’s probably better to buy a T stamped one since they seem to hold value better. Am I wrong here?

Yes, that is what I meant - but in effect, it's almost like paying a premium as the going rate at non-Tiffany ADs are that there is some form of discount. From reading these boards it seems like 10% is the absolute minimum one should expect on a piece like the 5396G, and it would be a lot cheaper from a grey dealer.

Value retention is probably a bit better than the non-T stamp one, but you'll take a bath on either if you pay full MSRP from what I've seen.

As an example - DavidSW has a T-stamped 5170G from Feb 2018 for $63.5K. MSRP on the 5170G is $81K. You take a huge bath since Tiffany's doesn't discount. Non T-stamp ones probably go in the low 50s to high 40s, but assuming if you got a 20% discount on the 5170G, you're still at about the same loss as the T-stamp.

It depends on the watch. I just purchased a 5524G with Tiffany dial. I was told that it was the tenth that they have received since introduction across all six locations since introduction.

They generally have a decent selection of ACs at all of the Tiffany locations with Patek.

As some asked how long to get this watch from Tiffany. I cannot answer this question as I bought it used.

I guess should not be difficult to get the brand new 5396g from Tiffany but I wanted to know how easy as well.

I enjoy this timepiece alot with the perfect T placed on it. This can be an everyday watch. Someone said the 24 hr wheel is useless but I think it is great looking and it is a must to indicate day/night when adjusting the time/date/moonphrase.

They can be had. Hit the dms if you really want it. Might take a few months but I'd think you'd get your watch.
