Anyone here into Panerai

Any members here into Panerai watches. The more I look at these watches, the more I want one. I have a serious liking to the PAM 187 Chrono. However, they are very limited in the US.

I've looked at them, and, like Daren, they're not my taste. Too big for the most part, and not the right complications. I like things like day-dates, multiple time zone, chronos (although I seldom use that feature - I just like the way it looks ).

Just treat me as "handicapped."

"Tee" up the questions.

How about a "driving" lesson?

I think I've a "fair-way" to go.

I'm usually not this "rough."

I am really liking the base (PAM112) more and more, I love how simple it is. The lack of a date and a second hand for that matter really makes it a stunning piece.

Roger, how dare you bring this topic back on subject, after AJ and Dman hijacked it so well.

Yeah, well you know that some people just can't control themselves. Every once in a while, someone slips and starts talking about watches. We have to stay vigilent to prevent too much of that from besmirching the good name of The Rolex Forums.

At the time I had a 27C and was cold to it. I got in to the historic and early models soon after and then the community and as they say, it was all over but the crying.
