Just send it back and they should fix it. Mistakes happen.

Try calling (416) 968-1100. Perhaps politely trying to ascertain why the issue does not seem to have been addressed rather than complaining might be a better initial approach. Hope things can be easily resolved. Good luck!

Do canadians even complain? they might not even be set up for that.

Nice bunch of people north of the border in my experience

Isn't complaining in Canada against the law?

Send them a letter; everything doesn't need to be done by email..

You have to apologize before and after your complaint.

"I'm so sorry to call about this but I sent in my watch for repair and it came back with the same problem. Again, sorry."

By the way, it’s called a complaint, not a complain.

Stating the obvious here...why not just call whoever you sent it to for service and let them know the problem? Or is it not this simple for some reason?

A well written letter to the director of the service center probably has more weight than an electronic missive.

Here’s the snail mail addy:

Rolex Service Center
50 St Clair Ave W
Toronto, ON M4V 3B7

If you’re intent on an email, then call them to ask for an email addy.

I have worked with Rolex USA on some issues and they will take physical mail and prefer FAX over email.

Good luck!

Rolex Toronto is Class A! Just call, or write and politely inquire about what might have happened. They're really professional and friendly, give it a go.

Good luck,
Mark

Hope the problem isn’t “date keeps changing over at noon instead of midnight” or something similar
