Shake rolex

I just bought my Rolex 214270 mk2 , its keeping great time ( +1s / day ) but today i noticed if you shake the watch it runs fast, and it depends how long you shaking couple seconds could be changed! I noticed it after I tried to polish a scratch on my car. I came home and noticed that watch runs couple seconds fast. I tried to shake it a bit more and it gained a maybe 3-4 second fast instantly! Is it normal? I've never noticed that thing before. I did shake my Grand Seiko and its nothing changed.

It's normal. For a balance spring to do it's job properly it needs to be flat and concentric. Anything you do to change that state (shake, vibrate, clap hands, swing your arm, hit a golf club, baseball bat etc) will have an impact on timekeeping. Sometimes it is noticeable, sometimes it is not. But it always happens.

I dont keep track as closely as you. I check accuracy when I need to change the date every few months. Adjust it then and move on.

Simple answer stop shaking your watch and even 3-4 seconds out of 86400 in a day is what I would not call running fast.
