Bluesy or Hulk

Hi All

Given the choice between these two beauties, what one would you go for & why?

Bluesy over hulk for me. Especially if it has the sunburst dial. I feel the watch has so much personality. It dresses up or down with ease, and looks amazing. The hulk is just a green sub to me. Just my .02

Both watches have got stunning dials and under the bonnet they're obviously the same watch. So really it comes down to whether you prefer the TT look.

LVc for me, because I don't care for YG.

LVc for me, I’ve never liked the look of TT. I would rather go all SS or PM.

both are pretty.

Hulk if have to pick one. For these reasons
1) Bluesy is quite flashy and draws attention, I prefer DD for that
2) uniqueness. Not many watches look like the Hulk
3) collector preference in general
4) scarcity
5) value retention (this is unpopular topic)

No contest, LVc. Not into TT and don't really like the blue dial of bluesy. I prefer blue dial of the YM.

The bluesy is a beauty for sure but if we’re to pick only one, the LVc wins hands down!!

Always depends on what else you have in your watch box, but for me I would pick the LV. I like the brushed center links along with a pretty playful sunburst dial.

I love both but would ultimately choose the LVc.

Having had a Bluesy, I would go for.....neither!
I’m sorry, but to my taste , I’d choose a different model.

Blue goes with more. Green can be an odd color at times.

Simple. TT has gold. The other does not. Who would pick stainless steel over gold?

I have The LVc and love it.
I can't be any help because I also love the blueTT.

However if it's a new watch from an AD, I would go LVc because of price.

Secondhand or grey I imagine they are similar price now?

Took the 13 LB on holiday last year - perfect on the beach in a tee and also in the evening.

Jack of all for me. LVc stayed at home but probably love it just a tad more when it’s on.

The Hulk just looks so damn good in real life. It's also a tougher, more appropriate daily watch given that it's all steel with brushed links vs polished gold.

I'm not a hater on 2-tone - I have a 2 tone GMT. But the Hulk is just outstanding IMHO.

I voted Hulk because it is my grail piece. I followed it up with a Blusey and I m very happy with the pairing. I like the Blusey a bit more. This will probably swing back and fourth over time. If I had to give one back, I'd keep the Hulk. Or the Blusey.

Well, IMHO, you can't go wrong with any version of the Submariner. I love all of them.

Hulk because its more popular on TRF and the guys here would think I'm cool. Bluesy its actually much more beautiful and interesting but I buy watches to impress internet people and right now the Hulk is more coveted. I see many more threads about the Hulk. I also see people paying $5-6K over retail and the Bluesy only sells at MSRP. The Hulk also has a better name. All this makes me want it MORE...So its a no brainer for me.
