Updates to 4130?

My Daytona just got back from warranty service. It's a 2015, but was losing lots of time and the chrono didn't always reset properly. It was fixed and is now perfect again.

We all hear how Rolex improves movements without making a big deal of it. Anybody know if there have been any updates to the 4130 in the past 4 years, so that my Daytona came back better than new?

They updated the chronograph seconds wheel to have ‘spring loaded’ type teeth. This eliminates the need for a friction spring underneath.

They also change the 4th wheel in connection with that, as the part that ingages the clutch wheel from the base movement also has these new teeth. I am not exactly sure when this came out though...

Will the above be performed on my 2009 daytona once I bring it in for service? Will a complete overhaul cover replacement of all old parts with the new technology?
