Icon9 5513 Crown and stem came out

So I just bought a 1985ish 5513, it was serviced by rolex in 2015 and has not been worn since.

On the second time I adjusted the time, the crown and stem came out.
Nothing looks broken but cannot adjust the time right now.

Is it possible that this happens right after being serviced?
How easy would that be to fix?

Its just a screw that has come undone in the setting mechanism. An easy fix but the back has to come off. Fairly common when a watchmaker is being a bit too careful, so to speak.

Theres probably no way I can get the back off without tools?

You can try a ball of masking tape or a friction ball. If the back is screwed in properly, it won't work, but if it's loose, it sometimes gives enough grip to open it.

BTW this is the dial on the watch.
Is this a genuine service dial?
Depth rating '=' sign looks a bit off to me?

Yes, agreed, that dial looks odd, and it's more than just the depth rating. Here's what a 5513 luminova service dial should look like (see below.)

Where did you buy the watch? You mentioned the watch was serviced in 2015, but did Rolex service papers come with the watch to prove it?

Serviced by RSC and unworn for 4 years? Did the owner die?

You might want to submit more pics, including the bracelet clasp.

The dial looks decidedly strange.

Sorry but if the depth rating looked 'off' then why did you buy it?

I'm sure there is probably more than one variation of service dial for the 5513 after nearly 30 years. I don't see anything based on the photos indicating it isn't genuine.

It’s hard to follow the train of thought here...

From the mainline “my stem fell out” jumps onto a siding, “is my watch real?”

Thanks for the replies, I am a bit concerned..
I bought the watch on chrono24 from shop named Stevanella in Verona Italy, it came with rolex service card and invoice. Apparently the service was done in 2015 but the previous owner did not have the money available to pay the service center so he left it there for 4 years.

I’m including some more pictures.
The clasp is a 93150 and has J10 serial.

The printing and hour markers look crisp. If it was a fake dial Rolex wouldn’t have let it leave service with it in....but it is different

Do you have photos showing the RSC card/receipt?

It's an odd-looking dial, but perhaps it's a variation of a service dial that isn't often seen, as Springer suggests above. That spacing of the depth rating is strange, but who knows.
