Reference 116598 in yellow gold with sapphire set bezel, diamond set case and “leopard” dial and strap.

M serial number circa 2007 production

This is a factory made watch, nothing is custom or aftermarket.

Watch comes complete with huge Rolex boxes, manual, but no papers.
