Patek Boxes?
Do specific watch boxes—the large wooden/plastic boxes—come with specific watches, or are they mix and match?
I’ve seen many different watch boxes, but can’t tell if some are “old” or “new”. For a pre-owned watch, how do you know if your watch came with the correct box? Thank you. LS |

Last few years the boxes ship separate from the watches and are mix and match.

I have only had 5167, 5711, 5522, 5164 but they all came in the same gorgeous wooden box with an interior that smells like a new rolls. Boxes are generally shipped separate from the watch and the AD grabs the appropriate box at the time of sale for the customer.

All the same boxes although the perpetual used to come in a winder box that's now been replaced with a leather funnel shaped one and place for the gold back case
