FS: Rolex Datejust Ref. 1603 - Vintage 1971 - Non Lume

The Datejust is the perfect everyday watch and this reference 1603 is an excellent example of one to demonstrate just that. The engine turned bezel offers a complicated-looking yet subtle option over a fluted bezel, and it’s sunburst silver pie pan dial is superb in its classic simplicity. Also this Datejust stands has a small but rare detail that stands out from the majority being a nonluminious piece. Have a closer look at its hands and dial and you will see they’re without tritium lume, giving the watch a cleaner look.

The movement has been serviced recently and is running very well holding time within -4 seconds a day which is incredible for a watch approaching its 50th birthday. Please pay attention to pictures as I feel they are very representative of condition.

Comes on a beautiful Jean Rousseau calf strap that pairs incredibly well. Also included is the original jubilee bracelet which will fit up to a 6” wrist.
