Icon20 Guidance Please

Not really sure where to post this and or even if anyone can really help me.

I am currently in talks with potential buyers of a watch of mine that I am selling. I am not really sure as to how this is usually conducted. I have in the past sold inserts that were no where near the amount of money the watch goes for. How do you advise receiving Payment and Shipping of such high value items? How do you protect yourself?

Thank you in advance.

Bank wire. Ship only after the money has been actually received in your bank account, ie " not a phone message or anything that says "pending funds" etc. Ship to the buyer's address only with adult signature required for acceptance. Bubble wrap the watch securely etc. to avoid "You sent me a broken watch". Insure for the correct value. Ask the seller to notify you when received.
Lots of scams nowadays, more than before. Dont deviate too much from your standards.

Guidance Please

Bank wire only for anything greater than $5,000 and you don’t ship anything until wire comes through. Do not compromise on this.

If < $5000 I am okay with PayPal but buyer pays the 3% fees or uses FF option.

Ship via Fedex or USPS 2 night/overnight preferred, ground if buyer isn’t paying for label

Parcel pro for insurance

Record a video of the packaging process. I do 1 continuous video that sees the watch go into the box, and the camera never loses sight of the box until it gets shipped off. I have everything set up ready to package right outside the FedEx and an assistant to record.
