Ok so this doesn’t want me to trade my 114060 as much. Yes it is an improvement, but going for the new bluesy instead

Thinner lugs, thicker bracelet.... I want one. The Ceramic Kermit though.

Looks good, keen to see one in the flesh.
Still keeping the 14060 and 114060 though. |

114060 vs 124060 - side by side photos
Not a fan of the proportions. They should have kept it 40mm or downsized to 39MM and then slimmed down the lugs.

Huge improvement in the lugs.
Lug-to-lug length looks the same to me. Bracelet is slightly wider, probably 21 mm

I hate to say it, but I feel the old > new. Wider bracelet isn’t for me

Wish they’d drop all the text on the dials
All it needs is Crown Rolex 1000ft~300m |

Does anyone know what the lug width is? The article states that the bracelet is thicker, but doesn't clarify if this is due to less taper or if it's increased to 21mm

Now the 3 Rolex divers have a perfect look! The SubC, SD43 and the new DSSD.

I really can't tell much difference, is the dial blue? and a millimetre difference, nothing here to tempt me to the modern side.

Ok. I just sized the pic so the old case measures 40mm across 50 to 20 on the bezel. Actual size. The new one comes in slightly smaller!? Like 39.7mm. Hardly accurate but there goes the 41mm. I'm using a ruler. Putting the work in for you guys.

All they had to do was fix the fat lug - never an issue with 40mm or the bracelet width.
