Omega from AD

Hey guys interested in purchasing my first omega from AD. Only have ever purchased from rolex and Tudor.

Does omega offer discounts?

I was offered between 10% to 15% off, depending on the model. I remember another member here mentioned that he got 25% off. YMMV.

The AD's can and usually will offer a discount. 20% range is acceptable and I will also ask for an OEM NATO strap or other item. Boutiques are a different story as they typically do not discount. Great watch.

This has been my experience as well though at boutique was offered NATO strap w my full price purchase (ended up going AD route or DAVIDSW for omega purchases)

I've managed 5% plus eating the tax from an OB...my AD will discount 15-25%.

Really depends on the AD. Each ADs overhead expenses vary. Expect 10%-20%.

That's not true. You can go to Tourneau at the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center in Waikiki. I bought my Seamaster Chrono from there in 2012 (and yes I got a discount though I can't remember how much it was). You can also do trade-ins there if you want.

Omega opened their own boutique in Waikiki (now closed) so tourneau royal hawaiian doesn’t carry omega anymore...

Oh really? That sucks. I wasn't aware of that. Well as Tom mentioned above, maybe you can give Duty Free a try once Ige and Caldwell open things back up.
